About the Role
The Implementation Services team at Visa is responsible for delivering end-to-end client implementations for products, solutions, infrastructure, and new client onboarding. This position serves as a Visa Project Manager for implementation services provided to clients across the Asia Pacific (AP) region.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and execute high-quality project management support to Visa clients and processors
- →Coordinate directly with clients to analyze card program setup requirements
- →Confidently manage client expectations in parallel to product developments
- →Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions
- →Communicate complex technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner
- →Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, risk/mitigation plans, and status reports
- →Represent client system and operational requirements to internal Visa organizations
- →Coordinate internal Visa resources to ensure delivery on commitments
Requirements
- ✓Strong project management skills with experience in technical program management
- ✓Ability to gather and document project requirements
- ✓Knowledge of Visa regulations, fees, features, and functionality
- ✓Excellent analytical skills and technical acumen
- ✓Experience in stakeholder management and client consultation
- ✓Ability to work independently with guidance only in complex situations
- ✓Willingness to work off-scheduled hours including late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
