About the Role
The Case Investigation and Enforcement Specialist role at Visa is responsible for monitoring and enforcing Visa Rules and standards to ensure the safety, security, and integrity of the payment system. This individual contributor role supports compliance solutions that meet regulatory and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Ensure clients are compliant with Visa rules and monitor, investigate, and validate compliance status
- →Create analysis of transaction data to identify non-compliant activity or trends
- →Track and control compliance action plans submitted by clients
- →Manage internal and external relations within the context of compliance enforcement
- →Provide accurate responses to questions about proactive compliance program rules
- →Collate, analyze, and publish management information statistics and performance criteria
- →Participate in activities aimed at improving client and internal satisfaction
- →Establish and maintain relationships with clients and other entities
- →Interact with clients and Visa Sales Account Executives to ensure understanding and compliance with Visa Rules
- →Execute Rules and Compliance procedures
- →Manage multiple compliance actions with Business Function owners
- →Assist in the definition and creation of yearly strategy and plans
- →Provide accurate interpretation and analysis of Visa Rules in response to inquiries
- →Work independently and within a global team, collaborating across time zones
Requirements
- ✓Ability to enforce important programs promoting the integrity of Visa transactions
- ✓Experience in investigating and enforcing Visa Rule violations
- ✓Strong analytical skills for transaction data analysis
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to work independently under limited supervision
- ✓Experience in managing internal and external relations
- ✓Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage multiple compliance actions
