About the Role
We are looking for a Consumer Fintech Account Management Director to engage internal and external partners to drive revenue and ensure priority client deals are recognized, implemented, and converted into revenue. This leader will own relationships with top-tier fintech partners to deliver value for the companies, their consumers, and Visa.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the vision and implement strategic sales plans across the Consumer Fintech team, develop and deliver on OKRs, including a sales revenue target
- →Further entrench strategic partnerships with established fintechs and emerging digital challengers to drive long-term partner initiatives
- →Serve as a subject-matter expert on consumer issuing, supporting the sales of money movement agreements and Value-Added-Services
- →Partner with clients to provide payment solutions that meet consumer needs, especially those interested in multi-currency holdings or remitting money from the US abroad
- →Develop commercial proposals on renewals, extensions, and net new business opportunities with partners
- →Prioritize effectively to deliver on OKRs and revenue while building strong cross-functional partnerships
- →Negotiate deals and renewals, and respond to RFPs
- →Be a role model and mentor talent to produce strong team outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Strong grasp of the evolving consumer finance landscape, including user behaviors, technology trends, frameworks for money movement, and transaction environments
- ✓Organizational savvy and strong interpersonal skills
- ✓Experience managing client portfolios across Consumer verticals and specialized use cases
- ✓Ability to develop strategic sales plans and deliver on OKRs
- ✓Experience with payment solutions and money movement agreements
- ✓Strong negotiation skills and experience with RFPs
- ✓Experience working with fintech partners and understanding of digital banking and embedded finance
