About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the design, build, deployment, and scaling of Generative AI–based agents for external clients, primarily banks and merchants. This role combines hands-on GenAI engineering, client-facing consulting, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the principal technical contributor for GenAI agent development within Visa Consulting & Analytics.
- →Design, build, and maintain LLM-powered agents, including prompt orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent workflows.
- →Write, review, and approve production code, defining coding standards and evaluation frameworks.
- →Select and integrate third-party tools, APIs, and GenAI frameworks while ensuring compliance with responsible AI standards.
- →Own the end-to-end delivery of GenAI agent solutions for external clients.
- →Lead and scale delivery teams composed of FTEs and third-party contractors.
- →Define a prioritized roadmap of GenAI agent capabilities aligned with commercial priorities.
Requirements
- ✓Highly technical background with experience in GenAI and LLM development.
- ✓Ability to write production-grade agent code and lead blended teams.
- ✓Strong understanding of cloud deployment and client system integration.
- ✓Experience with AI ethics, security, and data protection standards.
- ✓Leadership experience in managing delivery teams and defining quality gates.
