About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our Visa Direct team. This hands-on role requires a technical mindset and product ownership skills to help grow and launch new features and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business sponsors and product managers to develop product strategy and roadmap
- →Influence business stakeholders on product requirements definition
- →Conduct white-boarding sessions with business sponsors and SMEs to develop solutions
- →Own and drive solution design for clients and their customers
- →Translate high-level requirements into detailed requirements for engineering teams
- →Collaborate with business sponsors, architects, and development leads on product development plans
- →Serve as Product Owner during Agile planning and execution cycles
- →Provide requirements clarifications during execution cycles
- →Address bottlenecks and manage escalations
- →Engage with customers and partners on co-solutioning efforts
- →Foster innovation and leverage new technologies
Requirements
- ✓Technical background with product ownership experience
- ✓Strong understanding of product development lifecycle
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies
- ✓Ability to influence stakeholders and define requirements
- ✓Problem-solving skills and ability to balance business needs with technical constraints
- ✓This is a hybrid position. The expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
