About the Role
We are seeking versatile, curious, and energetic Software Engineers to join our Security Development team, a group at the forefront of providing solutions to cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and security findings. As a Visa Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a multi-functional development team that invents, designs, builds, and tests software products for a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain secure code: Take ownership of designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software that provides solutions to cyber-attacks, vulnerabilities, and security findings.
- →Implement and test security measures: Implement, test, and operate advanced software security techniques.
- →Analyze and address security vulnerabilities: Analyze requirements and security findings to evaluate different coding options and participate in scoping and sizing activities.
- →Collaborate on security strategy: Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external team partners to ensure a robust security posture.
- →Drive security innovation: Participate in technology proof-of-concepts, with a focus on emerging security technologies and frameworks to stay ahead of the curve.
- →Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Delivery, DevOps, Security, Automation, and Support teams to ensure security is integrated across all initiatives and throughout the development lifecycle.
- →This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
