About the Role

We are seeking a talented Platform Engineer Manager to join our dynamic team responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining our on-premises cloud platforms. This role involves designing highly available, secure, and scalable solutions while enabling the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

→Take complete end-to-end ownership of one or more applications
→Translate business requirements into technical solutions
→Develop and implement proposed solutions
→Identify or develop software frameworks to be used
→Refactor existing solutions to make them reusable and scalable
→Establish coding and design best practices
→Manage, lead, and mentor team members
→Deliver tech talks to a wider audience
→Integrate with agentic framework and mindset to leverage Generative AI
→Apply GenAI to improve and innovate within the payment technology space
→Work with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions

Requirements

✓Provides strategic technical and functional leadership for platform
✓Thorough understanding of business to direct strategy on collecting and understanding requirements
✓Leads meetings with product partners to recommend development and solution strategies
✓Formalizes standard processes on the use of programming languages
✓Leads and plans the piloting and integration of new technology capabilities
✓Analyzes patterns across bugs and implements systemic solutions
✓Plays a significant role in the development and delivery of new features
✓This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
