About the Role
Visa is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer (Endpoint) to join our Cybersecurity Engineering team. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting solutions to monitor and protect Visa’s systems and data.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide direction and support in the implementation of endpoint security technologies utilizing a risk-based approach
- →Provide engineering solutions to new threats leveraging implemented endpoint tools
- →Collaborate with technology departments, business, and product offices to establish effective relationships
- →Provide technical solutions to the global Cyber Engineering team in all aspects of endpoint security
- →Take part in the design, build, and run of endpoint security implementations
- →Implement security and threat protection controls using cloud and on-prem Endpoint security tools
- →Create clear and concise documentation to formalize work stream processes
- →Meet SLAs by processing requests to resolve endpoint security issues
- →Utilize generative AI tools to enhance threat detection and incident response
- →Administrate and implement policies/rules on endpoint sensors
- →Work with all interfacing teams to define system uptime SLAs and KPIs
- →Work with other Cybersecurity teams to manage endpoint security prevention
- →Provide recommendations to management team to increase effectiveness of endpoint security solutions
- →Prioritize, plan projects and features, manage stakeholders, and track commitments
- →Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
- →Respond to due diligence and internal/external security audit requests
- →Identify opportunities for enhancements to security standards and processes
Requirements
- ✓Prior experience implementing or supporting cross-organizational IT security solutions
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Exceptional organizational skills
- ✓Experience with EDR, AV, privilege management, application control, and ringfencing solutions
- ✓Knowledge of Windows and MacOS security features
- ✓Familiarity with generative AI tools and techniques
- ✓Ability to work independently and within a team
- ✓Understanding of security risks and mitigation strategies
