About the Role
We are seeking a Client Services Director of Business Operations and Strategy to join our North America Client Services Leadership Team. This key regional leadership role will be responsible for driving regional success through strategic initiatives and program management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead global operational initiatives including communications, planning, reporting, audit & compliance, and Operational Excellence
- →Drive the regional revenue transformation initiative including solutions definition, pricing approvals, training, and marketing
- →Develop and maintain the Client Services revenue service plan with profit & loss management and billing automation
- →Assist in developing new Client Services offerings by establishing regional requirements
- →Develop solution services for Value-In-Kind offerings in business opportunities
- →Socialize new Client Services product offerings with regional management and sales teams
- →Create and maintain monthly and quarterly regional scorecards with key KPIs
- →Lead OKR reporting aligned with global standards
- →Improve regional client surveys and manage outcomes
- →Serve as liaison between NA Client Services and external groups for global initiatives
- →Manage key strategic Client Services initiatives across North America
- →Manage Client Services Employee Engagement results and provide improvement steps
- →Manage regional Client Services newsletter for team and stakeholders
- →Provide leadership in business priorities and strategy execution
- →Drive process improvements between Sales Teams and Client Services teams
- →Provide internal compliance guidance working with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- ✓Proven leadership experience in client services, business operations, or strategy roles
- ✓Strong understanding of revenue transformation initiatives and service center operations
- ✓Experience with profit & loss management and financial reporting
- ✓Ability to develop and implement operational excellence programs
- ✓Expertise in KPI development and scorecard management
- ✓Experience with OKR frameworks and strategic planning
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements
- ✓Knowledge of compliance requirements and audit processes
- ✓Experience working in a hybrid work environment
- ✓This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
