About the Role
The Client Incentive Operations team manages Client Incentive and Merchant Acceptance Incentive agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and determining accounting treatment according to US GAAP. This role supports the North America Client Incentive team using lean/six sigma methodologies to improve quality, cost, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage Client Incentive contracts for North America
- →Analyze incentive contract terms to assess contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment
- →Review proforma for contract interpretation accuracy and application of accounting policy
- →Set up incentive contracts in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system
- →Manage, track, and process contractual payments accurately and timely
- →Review contract performance and update amortization schedules
- →Liaise with Sales, Strategy, Legal, and other stakeholders
- →Resolve inquiries and issues related to assigned contracts
- →Coordinate with the global Client Incentive Operations team
- →Drive process improvement through Lean Six Sigma projects
- →Interact with management and external clients
- →Support ad-hoc analysis, contract drafting, and projects
- →Train and guide junior analysts
- →Ensure key production metrics are met
Requirements
- ✓Experience in contract management and accounting
- ✓Knowledge of US GAAP and incentive agreements
- ✓Proficiency with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
- ✓Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ✓Ability to work in a hybrid work environment
