About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Visa's Payments Ecosystem Risk & Controls (PERC) organization. This role involves translating complex risk and operational needs into scalable platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into product solutions
- →Collaborate with Architecture and Engineering on system design
- →Lead feature grooming and refinement sessions
- →Decompose requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- →Author high-quality user stories for scrum teams
- →Own and maintain the platform backlog
- →Facilitate requirement finalization for efficient development
- →Support Agile delivery execution through sprint demos and feedback
- →Partner with engineering teams during User Acceptance Testing
- →Manage operational product responsibilities including SLAs and support
- →Communicate releases through announcements and notes
- →Create and deliver end-user training and documentation
- →Engage with executives to communicate product vision
- →Operate effectively in a global, matrixed environment
Requirements
- ✓Experience in product management, preferably in risk or payments domain
- ✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- ✓Experience with backlog management and prioritization
- ✓Knowledge of system design and architecture
- ✓Familiarity with UAT processes and quality assurance
- ✓Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment
- ✓Experience with end-user training and documentation
