About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager - Payments Platform to define, deliver, and scale core payment-processing capabilities across global channels. This role will own end-to-end product management for payment platform capabilities, ensuring consistency and alignment across various payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define detailed product requirements and business rules for complex payment capabilities
- →Contribute to and execute product strategy for payment platform capabilities
- →Identify customer and market needs across merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and alternative payment methods
- →Ensure end-to-end payment experiences are well-defined, including retries, fallbacks, and error handling
- →Partner with analytics and operations teams to define KPIs and monitoring tools
- →Support development of value propositions and merchant-facing narratives
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-market execution
Requirements
- ✓Strong working knowledge of payment acceptance, processing, and orchestration
- ✓Experience with acquiring, gateway processing, issuer behaviors, and payment rails
- ✓Familiarity with fraud-management concepts such as 3DS and routing strategies
- ✓Ability to translate customer and regulatory inputs into actionable roadmaps
- ✓Experience in agile methodologies and product management
- ✓Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
