About the Role
Visa is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our Technology Organization. This role involves working on complex distributed systems and solving massive scale problems in payment flows, business and data solutions, cyber security, and B2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop and implement features, enhancements, Webservices, Microservices, tools and utilities in a client facing environment
- →Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Visa Dispute business domain and contribute to requirement analysis
- →Perform third and fourth level support in production and client certification environment
- →Analyze and identify the root cause of performance issues and propose changes for resiliency and scalability
- →Participate in technological proof-of-concepts and code review processes
- →Develop scripts, No SQL and SQL for detailed analysis and solutions in data processing and AI/ML models creation
- →Design, Develop, Document and maintain programs, tools and utilities for automation and enhanced monitoring
- →Participate in production implementations and on call support
- →Analyze and identify drift in Feature, Model and Data of ML Models
- →Use various tools and leverage production statistics to improve the system and process improvements
- →Produce and maintain technical documentation
- →Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, SME's, DevOps, Security, Business, Performance, Automation, and Operations teams
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Webservices, Microservices, No SQL, and SQL
- ✓Knowledge of data processing and AI/ML models
- ✓Understanding of automation and monitoring tools
- ✓Experience with Agile development lifecycle
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
