About the Role
We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join the VIS Team in Istanbul. This role focuses on supporting and driving the successful execution of Operational, Delivery, People, and Go-To-Market initiatives for VIS South East Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- →Establishing the financial reconciliation infrastructure for each digital wallet product feature such as card payment, utility payment, money transfer, loyalty payments
- →Establishing the reporting mechanism for regulators on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
- →Outlining operational process flows for decision points within and across all business units
- →Conducting detailed opportunity deep-dives to identify growth potential, competitive advantages, and partnership prospects
- →Understand clients' business objectives, needs, and plans
- →Identify opportunities for improvements in ways of working
- →Provide thought leadership and projects regarding the future of payment and retail banking as needed
- →Coordinate with Visa Hub teams to provide support, additional information, and best practices
Requirements
- ✓Experience in consulting or project management
- ✓Strong understanding of financial reconciliation and reporting
- ✓Ability to outline operational process flows
- ✓Experience in conducting opportunity deep-dives and developing go-to-market plans
- ✓Understanding of clients' business objectives and needs
- ✓Ability to provide thought leadership and projects regarding the future of payment and retail banking
- ✓Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
