About the Role
We are looking for a Consulting Manager to join the VIS Team in Istanbul at Visa Consulting and Analytics. This role involves supporting the delivery of both internal initiatives and client-facing engagements by contributing to project coordination and execution activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support consulting projects focused on the development of cards and payments products for Visa clients
- →Work closely with bank stakeholders to define project scope, product value proposition, and implementation roadmap
- →Conduct customer, market, and profitability analyses related to cards and payments products and contribute to product design activities
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams across Visa and client organizations to support project delivery and implementation processes
- →Contribute to the preparation of project deliverables, analyses, and executive presentation materials
- →Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Visa and client organizations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration
- →Coordinate cross-functional teams to enable smooth execution, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum
- →Understand client objectives and needs, ensuring deliverables are aligned to meaningful business outcomes
- →Deliver consistently high-quality work, managing competing priorities effectively and maintaining exceptional standards in fast-paced, changing environments
