Key Responsibilities
- βCollaborate with industry experts to define business needs and transform them into clear and effective prompts for LLMs
- βDevelop, test, and refine prompts for various use cases, ensuring high accuracy and relevance of generated results
- βQuickly identify and resolve issues and errors related to prompts
- βDesign multi-step prompt workflows, including agentic patterns, tool calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions
- βWork closely with software developers to integrate LLM solutions into products
- βDefine and maintain qualitative and quantitative metrics for evaluating LLM results
- βParticipate in developing a scalable framework for prompt engineering for reusable solutions and knowledge sharing
- βAssist in collecting and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve prompt effectiveness
- βTrack the development of LLM technologies and participate in the strategic selection of tools and platforms
- βDocument prompt engineering processes, best practices, and implementation results
Requirements
- βBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field and at least 4 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or applied systems based on LLM
- βPractical experience with LLM systems, including RAG, embeddings, function/tool calling, and orchestration frameworks
- βExperience with tools such as GPT models from OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.
- βExperience in evaluating LLM results and analyzing typical errors
- βProficiency in Python or other programming languages used in AI/ML development
- βStrong analytical skills and attention to detail
- βExcellent communication skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- βAbility to work in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
- βUpper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
