About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner for Clienteling Solutions to join our team at VO2 Group in Montreal. This role involves bridging business needs with technical constraints to drive product development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage product vision by connecting business stakeholders with IT constraints
- →Translate business challenges into detailed functional specifications and prioritize backlog
- →Collaborate with designers to create seamless user journeys and optimize conversion rates
- →Analyze usage KPIs and perform A/B testing to guide product evolution
- →Provide strategic guidance to the business on innovative solutions
- →Coach and mentor junior Product Owners
- →Oversee User Acceptance Testing and ensure deliverable quality
- →Support field deployment of solutions and ensure tool adoption
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner
- ✓Specialization in Clienteling or Retail Tech solutions
- ✓Excellent knowledge of assisted selling processes and CRM
- ✓Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
- ✓Ability to interpret complex analytics to steer product roadmap
- ✓Fluent English communication skills
- ✓Availability for occasional travel to New York
