About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at voize, a company that provides AI companions to nurses to reduce their admin workload. This role involves helping customers succeed with our product in a smart, repeatable way while maintaining judgment and humanity.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end rollout and success of 30–50 customers
- →Drive adoption through clear processes, smart touchpoints, and proactive communication
- →Make decisions on what should be standardized and where individual guidance is needed
- →Monitor customer health, usage, and ticket patterns to spot risks proactively
- →Simplify and streamline recurring CS workflows to reduce friction at scale
- →Run virtual touchpoints, office hours, and scalable enablement formats
- →Work cross-collaboratively with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams
- →Contribute ideas to improve how Customer Success operates
Requirements

- ✓Curiosity about technical setups and workflows (no coding required)
- ✓Ability to manage many customers without losing overview

- ✓Balance standardization with situational judgment
- ✓Empathy and calm in complex, human-centered environments
- ✓Fluency in both German and English at a C2 level or above.
