About the Role
We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join Vonage's Applications business unit, responsible for defining competitive pricing strategies for existing apps products. This role will collaborate with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance customer engagement through advanced communication tools.
Key Responsibilities
- βTake ownership of Default Pricing and Pre-approved Pricing frameworks
- βProvide analysis around trends in customer requests and pricing, driving changes in pricing and costs
- βStreamline and improve business practices to increase the efficiency of the Deal Desk & Pricing team
- βCollaborate with Sales and Product teams to improve product performance and operational efficiency
- βDefine and manage projects to deliver further operational efficiencies
- βSupport the Product team to define, develop, and implement the Pricing Strategy of new products
Requirements
- βBachelorβs degree required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering undergrad majors preferred
- β2-5 years of experience in a rapidly changing, deadline-based position involving daily interaction with multiple levels of management and peers
- βPricing Analyst experience preferred
- βStrong analytical skills
- βExcellent communication skills
- βProblem-solving skills
- βExcellent Excel and data manipulation skills
