About the Role

We are looking for Software Engineers to join the Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team at Vonage. You will work on a global, multi-tenant, real-time service with thousands of concurrent users, focusing on developing the platform that supports contact center agents.

Key Responsibilities

→Contribute to product improvement beyond code implementation
→Create a performant, secure, scalable service for customers
→Continuously improve and automate the monitoring and deployment of our cloud service

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field, or relevant experience
✓Excellent communication skills
✓2+ years of relevant experience building Front End Applications
✓Experience with C#, and JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js / React
✓Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
✓Knowledge of distributed system including messaging mechanism (Kafka / SNS)
✓Understanding of both data management and cache layers (Redis, Aurora, Parameter Store)
