About the Role
We are looking for Software Engineers to join the Call Center as a Service (CCaaS) Technology Team at Vonage. You will work on a global, multi-tenant, real-time service supporting thousands of concurrent users, focusing on developing the platform that enables and supports contact center agents.

Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field, or relevant experience
- ✓Excellent communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people
- ✓2+ years of relevant experience building Front End Applications
- ✓Experience with C#, and JavaScript frameworks including Vue.js / React
- ✓Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- ✓Knowledge of distributed system including messaging mechanism (Kafka / SNS)
- ✓Understanding of both data management and cache layers (Redis, Aurora, Parameter Store)
