About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Support Advisor to join Vonage and help deliver outstanding customer experiences in cloud communications. This role focuses on resolving customer issues quickly and professionally while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- βLogging, prioritisation and escalation of support issues and requests
- βDevelop and maintain good working relationships with clients
- βResolution of 2nd line support issues via telephone, remote support or onsite visits
- βAnalysis of Network trace information
- βManage individual work streams using Salesforce (CRM)
Requirements
- βExperience within 1st / 2nd line support (preferable Telecoms)
- βEscalation Management / Ownership
- βUnderstanding of the Vonage Contact Centre environment and Experience in troubleshooting
- βManagement of multiple channels of activity
- βAble to apply good judgement to diagnose the level of customer need
- βExcellent communications skills, written and verbal in English
- βAble to operate to time sensitive deadlines
