About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to join BeReal, a social media platform dedicated to authenticity. This role focuses on scaling BeReal worldwide and building a team to cover all growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build the growth strategy to scale BeReal’s user base
- →Drive the execution of all user acquisition channels
- →Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure execution of the growth strategy
- →Conduct systematic data analysis to measure channel performances
- →Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ growth strategies
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in driving growth for consumer-facing digital products
- ✓Understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem and branding performance
- ✓Data-driven, growth hacker with an entrepreneurial mindset
- ✓Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- ✓Fluent in English (fluency in French is a plus)
