About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Design Lead to join Vori, a mission-driven company focused on creating intuitive experiences in the grocery industry. This role will be the creative throughline across go-to-market, design, and product, shaping strategy and building systems that scale as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own Vori's brand identity and define our visual identity as we scale nationwide
- →Partner with growth and product marketing to design scalable brand systems
- →Set the craft bar and ensure brand thinking informs product, GTM, and operations
- →Design everything from case studies to sales collateral and branding moments at events
- →Set creative direction for video, photography, and content that captures customer stories
- →Help recruit and collaborate with filmmakers, copywriters, and storytellers
- →Translate complex grocery operations into compelling brand experiences
Requirements
- ✓Portfolio showing brand systems, marketing design, and storytelling across multiple mediums
- ✓6+ years building brands, ideally in-house at a scaling tech company
- ✓Experience scaling an early brand to hundreds of thousands of customers
- ✓Understanding of B2B/enterprise marketing
