About the Role
We are looking for a Staff+ Technical Program Manager to join Voxel, a company building the future of workplace safety and efficiency through applied AI. This is a Chief of Staff role to the CTO, responsible for the entire Engineering Operating System.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and run a world-class, high-velocity delivery system across Engineering, working seamlessly with Product and Customer Success.
- →Keep priorities clear and current. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama.
- →Identify and eliminate organizational friction, process breakdowns, and technical debt that impede delivery velocity across the organization.
- →Act as the source of clarity for all priorities. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama. Help shape roadmaps based on customer needs, impact, and constraints.
- →Use data, dashboards, and automation to surface risks, measure delivery, and eliminate systemic pain.
- →Help shape roadmaps and timing based on customer needs, impact, and constraints.
- →Act as a force multiplier for engineering leadership, maintaining org-wide focus and hard prioritization.
Requirements
- ✓Senior TPM experience in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.
- ✓Exceptional business and technical judgment to identify the highest-leverage activities, know when to intervene and unblock, and advise leadership on complex trade-offs.
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially in unclear situations.
- ✓Expert use of data, dashboards, and automation to drive clarity and change.
- ✓Ownership, low ego, strong bias for action, and sound judgment that elevates the team.
