About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing and growing key accounts in the Poland area, developing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on assigned sales targets
- →Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- →Architect a comprehensive sales strategy
- →Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- →Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
- →Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
- →Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
- →Forecast and track key account metrics
- →Prepare reports on account status
- →Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
- →Manage tenders, RFPs, and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal departments
Requirements
- ✓Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
- ✓Deep understanding of the retail landscape
- ✓Experience in developing long-term client relationships
- ✓Ability to architect comprehensive sales strategies
- ✓Strong negotiation and contract closing skills
- ✓Experience in forecasting and tracking key account metrics

- ✓Occasional travel to client sites, primarily in the Warsaw area
