Who will you be working with?
You will interact with an engaged group of leaders and team members across the business as well as our end customers.
How will you make a difference?
This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing long‑term relationships with key accounts. The BDM will focus on expanding the company’s market reach, strengthening client partnerships, and implementing effective business strategies to increase our presence in new markets through creative product applications.
This role offers opportunities to develop new products, form strategic partnerships, and shape the future of the company through innovative initiatives and strong project management. Success in this position requires a balanced mix of strategic thinking, relationship‑building expertise, and data‑driven decision‑making.
 
What will your typical day look like?
• Develop and execute growth strategies by analyzing industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and internal product positioning to expand market presence and improve financial performance.
• Engage directly with customers through regular visits and ongoing communication to understand product performance, address inquiries, and identify new product or application opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and cross-functional teams to create and implement technical sales strategies, refine sales materials, prepare proposals, and ensure contracts meet legal and corporate requirements.
• Lead business planning and forecasting, including annual sales budgeting, monthly performance reviews, pricing assessments, revenue projections, and maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM forecasts.
• Monitor KPIs and overall business development performance, providing insights, constructive coaching, and continuous feedback to sales teams to improve alignment and results.
• Support organizational alignment through participation in SIOP and other collaborative business meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed on system updates, performance reviews, and escalation processes.
• Participate in major industry events to stay current on market developments and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. 
 
You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.
 
This is not a remote role.
 
The salary for this role is in the range of $105,000 - $149,300 annually. 
The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
