About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join our team at Wabtec. This role focuses on leading and managing the entire ITO (Inquiry to Order) process for deals in our Digital Intelligence Operating Unit, working with key technical and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead and manage the entire Inquiry to Order process
→Coordinate all commercial aspects of projects
→Identify and assess project risks
→Develop competitive commercial proposals
→Manage contracts and ensure compliance
→Lead commercial finance scope including pricing and tax planning

Requirements

✓Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
✓Experience in managing complex proposals and projects, especially in train control and railroad signaling
✓Strong leadership and communication skills
✓Experience in developing commercial strategies and proposals
✓Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
✓Proficiency in MS-Office applications
✓Fluent English
