About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team and work with a talented multidisciplinary team to design and develop a new modern software platform, including streaming, 2D and 3D visualization, computer vision, and artificial intelligence for a new range of visual inspection products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and communicate the product vision and long-term roadmap.
- →Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, feasibility, and business impact.
- →Transform market analyses and customer feedback into concrete product directions.
- →Collaborate closely with product management and the Product Manager to ensure alignment within the portfolio.
- →Translate customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- →Define and design product initiatives and features, in close collaboration with the UX designer to ensure user-centered experiences.
- →Maintain a structured, prioritized, and transparent backlog.
- →Ensure requirements consider usability, performance, quality, and compliance needs.
- →Work closely with engineering and UX teams to ensure a common understanding of objectives, constraints, and solution approaches.
- →Collaborate with program management and quality assurance (QA) to support planning, testing, and delivery preparation.
- →Align with commercial teams to prepare successful product launches.
- →Interact regularly with customers, field engineers, and industry stakeholders to gather strategic insights.
- →Participate in demonstrations, user sessions, and pilot programs to validate direction and refine product concepts.
- →Track development progress and ensure alignment with scope and schedules.
- →Support delivery execution and analyze performance to guide continuous improvements.
- →Balance creative ideation and structured execution to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in aerospace, remote visual inspection (RVI), energy production, or similar industrial environments is a plus but not mandatory.
- ✓Strong combination of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and delivery rigor.
- ✓Ability to balance creativity in imagining new workflows, user experiences, and product opportunities with structure in transforming vision into clear requirements, organized product backlogs, and predictable execution.
