About the Role
We are looking for a Power Collection Sales Engineer to join our OE Sales team. This role focuses on project sales of Power Collection and Electronic products to customers, requiring technical coordination and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Responsible for all rounds sales for business of Power Collection and Electronic
- →Oversee local project initiatives, ensure alignment with company goals
- →Identify business development opportunities to achieve company’s sales target
- →Promote Faiveley Transport’s full range engineering solution, both service and products, to the designated product line
- →Identify and manage customer technical requirements
- →Work closely with customer’s engineering, design, maintenance, project management and procurement team for explore new business opportunities
- →Act as the primary liaison between customers and our SisCo in Shanghai and Europe to facilitate technical and commercial coordination
- →Collaborate with Sales team, Field Service team and our Sisco to prepare tender submission, technical and commercial offers
- →Update databases and support payment collection
- →Understand customers needs through regular meeting with customers
- →Research customers and competitors install based and next interval for replacement, system upgrade and overhauls, etc
- →Occasional business travel may be required
Requirements
- ✓Degree holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or other discipline
- ✓7-8 years of technical sales experience, preferably in rolling stock, building and construction, engineering or automotive industry
- ✓Previous customer service or relationship management is advantageous
- ✓Proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English, experience in technical coordination using English is preferred
- ✓Presentable to customers with confident communication skills and reflect
- ✓Able to work with cross-functional team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success
- ✓Strong project management skills and the ability to adhere to defined project timelines
- ✓Good team player, responsible, diplomatic, proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision
