Weβre looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Strategic Communications team and help B2B brands show up in smarter, more creative, and more effective ways across social.
This is a role for someone who understands that social media isnβt just a distribution channel β itβs where brands build relationships, shape perception, and earn attention. Youβll lead strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients, partnering with creatives and account teams to deliver content that drives engagement and business outcomes.
The Role
As a Social Media Manager, you will collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, animators and account managers, and be responsible for social media strategy development and content mapping, KPI tracking and reporting on a recurring basis. Our clients are B2B marketers who rely on social media as a tool to nurture two-way value-based relationships with their target audiences. To this end, we need a team player who can think critically and creatively to develop strong social media programs.
Strategy + Client Leadership
β’ Serve as the social media strategist for 4β6 B2B clients, owning platform strategy, content direction, and performance.
β’ Translate business goals into social strategies that build brand, engage audiences, and drive measurable outcomes.
β’ Contribute to client calls, presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations with confidence.
Content + Creative Direction
β’ Develop content strategies and recurring content plans that elevate brand voice and differentiate clients in competitive markets.
β’ Provide clear direction and feedback to copywriters and designers to ensure content is insight-driven, on-brand, and high quality.
β’ Contribute to brainstorms and creative development, bringing fresh, bold ideas to social campaigns.
β’ Review and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with messaging.
Execution + Channel Management
β’ Manage publishing, engagement, and optimization across key social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
β’ Oversee day-to-day execution while maintaining a strategic lens on performance and audience engagement.
Analytics + Optimization
β’ Build and manage KPI dashboards using tools like Sprout and Sprinklr.
β’ Analyze performance at both the post and program level to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
β’ Translate data into actionable recommendations β from weekly optimizations to quarterly strategic shifts.
Innovation + Growth
β’ Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging formats to keep clients relevant and competitive.
β’ Identify opportunities to incorporate new tactics, including influencer programs and experimental content formats.
β’ Support influencer strategy and execution β from sourcing to performance tracking and optimization.
Collaboration
β’ Partner with cross-functional teams including PR, creative, account management, and project management to deliver integrated campaigns.
β’ Act as a connector between disciplines, ensuring social strategy aligns with broader marketing efforts.
About You
β’ 4+ years of experience developing and executing organic and paid social media strategies.
β’ Experience working in B2B and agency environments.
β’ Proficiency with social media management and listening tools such as Sprout Social and Sprinklr.
β’ Experience with influencer tools such as CreatorIQ, Upfluence, or Tagger.
β’ Strong understanding of analytics β able to move beyond reporting to uncover insights and shape strategy.
β’ Comfortable managing multiple client relationships and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Strong communication skills β able to present ideas, defend recommendations, and collaborate effectively.
β’ Ability to adapt to different brand voices, industries, and creative styles.

Compensation & Benefits:
β’ We strive for salary range transparency in our hiring process. This is a major step towards not only complying with regulations where required, but also to make sure pay equity and DEI are top of mind during the hiring process. Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a bonus based on company performance, as well as benefits. Below is the starting salary for this role:
Starting Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 a year
β’ Placement on the salary scale will be determined by various factors, such as, but not limited to, relevant qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, education, business or organizational requirements and internal equity.
β’ Starting salaries are not inclusive of a full range of compensation for this role and are instead meant to reflect the expected beginning salary for a new hire. Merit-based increases can be earned after time in role.
