WalkMe is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to build and lead our motion and video production capability in-house. You will own the end-to-end creation of motion content across campaigns, social media, product storytelling, and events β working closely with our Brand Creative team under the Director of Brand Creative.
This is a permanent, full-time position on the Brand Creative team, offering the opportunity to shape WalkMe's visual motion language at global scale. You will own a defined motion workstream, resolve a wide range of creative challenges independently, and drive motion deliverables from brief to final asset without requiring day-to-day project management oversight.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for a designer who loves both the craft and the velocity of in-house brand work.
What You'll Do
β’ Create motion design and produce videos for WalkMe's marketing channels: campaigns, digital, social, product demos, and events.
β’ Produce short-form videos for our social channels (primarily LinkedIn) that drive brand awareness and engagement.
β’ Develop product demo and explainer videos that clearly communicate WalkMe's value to buyers and users.
β’ Design motion assets for events, webinars, conference materials, and live productions as directed.
β’ Maintain and apply WalkMe's motion design language, template library, and visual system.
β’ Collaborate with brand designers, content leads, and campaign managers on asset needs.
β’ Coordinate and oversee freelance resources and/or vendor relationships when additional capacity is needed.
β’ Contribute creative ideas and elevate the bar for motion quality across every touchpoint.
β’ Own your workstream end-to-end: scope, plan, execute, track outcomes, and run retros to close loops.
β’ Measure the impact of motion content against team and campaign KPIs; proactively surface insights and recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For
β’ ~5 years of motion design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech brand environment.
β’ Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, covering motion design and video editing end-to-end.
β’ Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, commercial motion, and social-first video.
β’ Proven ability to own a defined workstream independently β including scoping, planning, executing, and tracking across multiple projects. Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships, gathering briefs, and driving work to delivery without needing a dedicated project manager.
β’ Proficiency in Figma, with experience collaborating directly within design files alongside brand designers.
β’ Fluent English β strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to communicate creative concepts clearly to stakeholders across functions and seniority levels.
β’ Experience with AI-powered tools in the creative workflow (e.g., generative video, AI audio).
β’ An individual who takes initiative and ownership of their work, ensures stakeholders are kept informed, and proactively contributes ideas and solutions.
β’ Builds productive working relationships with partner teams and navigates routine creative disagreements constructively.
β’ Balances speed and quality in execution; applies sound judgment within a defined scope of responsibility.
β’ Comfortable adopting new tools, workflows, and processes as the team evolves β and proactive about identifying opportunities to improve and formalise motion processes within WalkMe.
Nice to Have
β’ Proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D motion tools.
β’ Background in demand gen or digital marketing video production.
β’ Experience building motion systems or design libraries from the ground up.
Why This Role
β’ You'll join WalkMe as a permanent team member, generating impactful motion designs and video production at a global enterprise SaaS company with real brand ambition.
β’ You'll work closely with the Director of Brand Creative, getting hands-on exposure to in-house campaign production and visibility into how brand strategy comes to life.
β’ You'll own a meaningful creative workstream in an environment with strong creative standards β shaping how WalkMe's motion shows up in the market.
β’ You'll be part of a tight-knit, talented brand creative team that takes craft seriously and offers real room to grow your influence, skills, and scope over time.
