What You'll Own
Strategy Development:
β’ Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned to business goals and target audience.
β’ Optimize audience personas to target decision-makers effectively on platforms like LinkedIn and X.
β’ Stay ahead of trends by conducting market research and identifying emerging technologies and platforms to enhance reach and engagement.
β’ Set measurable objectives and KPIs to track campaign success.
Innovative Content Creation & Management:
β’ Develop and curate engaging content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram) including text, images, videos, infographics, and interactive posts.
β’ Manage a content calendar for consistent and timely posting.
β’ Ensure brand consistency by collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams.
β’ Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation and optimize campaigns.
β’ Experiment with innovative formats to create impactful experiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
β’ Monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, BlueOcean, LInkedin Analytics) to measure engagement, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
β’ Provide actionable insights through monthly reports to senior management.
β’ Continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven findings.
Community Engagement:
β’ Build relationships with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
β’ Foster partnerships with influencers and industry leaders to amplify brand presence.
β’ Manage online reputation by addressing customer feedback professionally.
Trend Monitoring:
β’ Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
β’ Identify new growth opportunities based on industry developments.
What You Need to Succeed
β’
5+ years of experience in social media management within Tech or SaaS industries.
β’
Native English speaker or near native fluency.
β’
Proven portfolio of developing successful organic social media strategies, campaigns and working with internal and external teams to bring an idea to life
β’
Familiarity and hands-on experience using video, editing, and AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization (e.g. Canva, CapCut, other motion design tools).
β’
Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, BlueOcean, ShareMe) and analytics tools to determine actionable insights.
β’
Strong project management and organizational skills (e.g. Monday experience).
β’
Exceptional written communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
β’
Ability to translate complex concepts into easily understandable content/visuals
β’
Be curious and independent - eager to learn and experiment with new tech and industry trends.
