About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and determined Game Data Analyst to join the World of Tanks product analytics team at Wargaming. This role involves collecting and analyzing various types of data about player behavior and events within the game, supporting decision-making processes, and collaborating with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver important analytical insights to managers and product teams for decision making.
- →Use quantitative analysis to understand game play and identify growth opportunities.
- →Participate in analytical maintenance for features, game events, and modes throughout development stages.
- →Gather and formulate requirements, conduct analytical research from various stakeholders.
- →Present research results and contribute to the product analytics knowledge base.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in a similar position.
- ✓Understanding of formalizing business tasks in research plans and experience writing analytical reports.
- ✓Advanced SQL knowledge.
- ✓Experience with data visualization solutions like Tableau, Qlik, or Microsoft Power BI.
- ✓Experience with Python/R and popular libraries for data processing and analysis.
- ✓Great communication skills, both written and spoken, especially for non-technical audiences.
- ✓Written and spoken English (B1 and higher).
