About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team at Warp, the AI-native employee management platform for ambitious companies. This is a founding role with real impact, real ownership, and real expectations.

Key Responsibilities

→Source and close candidates across GTM and technical roles
→Run full-cycle recruiting from first outreach to signed offer
→Recruit across GTM and technical roles with equal confidence
→Manage our ATS (Ashby), keep pipeline data clean, and track metrics
→Work directly with founders and hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role
→Represent Warp to candidates and tell the story well

Requirements

✓2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
✓Proven track record sourcing and closing GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, partnerships)
✓Experience partnering directly with founders and senior leadership on hiring strategy
✓High ownership mentality and comfort operating in ambiguity
✓Strong communication and closing skills
✓Hands-on experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools (Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter)
✓Based in NYC and committed to being in the Flatiron office 5 days a week
