About the Role

Join the AI Business Unit and become part of a team of nearly 200 passionate consultants who help large organizations transform their models through data and artificial intelligence. We work end-to-end, from identifying high-impact AI use cases to designing cutting-edge technological platforms, until defining responsible and scalable governance models.

Key Responsibilities

→Build the strategic vision for implementing AI platforms within clients' IT systems.
→Develop foundations of AI Platforms and agent-based platforms: models, vector stores, RAG pipelines, agent orchestrators, APIs, security.
→Design and deploy Data Platforms and Lakehouses (ingestion, quality, lineage, cataloging) in cloud or hybrid environments.
→Industrialize everything through DevOps, DataOps, MLOps/LLMOps: CI/CD, observability, monitoring, automated tests, feature stores.
→Structure Data & AI governance: compliance (GDPR, AI Act), sovereignty, usage rights, security & controls.
→Continuously explore and benchmark new AI and data technologies.
→Contribute to community animation, commercial offers, and visibility of Wavestone expertise.

Requirements

✓Plunge into the daily life of a junior consultant, participating in concrete missions for major account clients on high-stakes technological and business issues.
✓Be responsible for a structuring internship topic, chosen in advance or upon arrival, that will directly contribute to the development of the BU's offerings: creation of tools, exploration of innovative use cases, or structuring of core beliefs.
✓Be an actor in the firm's life, participating in various internal projects: training, commercial development, technological watch, animation of the Data & AI community.
✓Be accompanied throughout your journey with close supervision, regular feedback, and concrete pre-employment opportunities.
