About the Role
The Marketing Operations Coordinator at Wayvia supports the execution and day-to-day operations of the company's marketing technology stack and lead management processes. This role works closely with the Revenue Operations team and marketing stakeholders to ensure accurate campaign setup, data flow, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support day-to-day operations of the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and data enrichment platforms
- →Assist with regular audits to ensure data integrity and proper system integration
- →Maintain the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, troubleshooting sync issues
- →Support evaluation and implementation of new marketing tools
- →Build and maintain basic automation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce
- →Execute campaign setup and enrollment for events, webinars, and demand generation
- →Track campaign KPIs and assist with performance reporting
- →Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly marketing reporting packages
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- ✓1–3 years of experience in marketing operations or analytics
- ✓Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- ✓Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate cross-functionally
- ✓Clear written and verbal communication skills
