Bilingual Head Start Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) Coordinator at DREAM

About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual ERSEA Coordinator to oversee and monitor Head Start ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment & Attendance) systems. This role ensures full compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and DREAM policies while delivering high-quality family services. The coordinator will work collaboratively with Family Engagement/Health Leadership and Family Advocates to maintain program enrollment and support families throughout the recruitment and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop and implement program-wide recruitment plans in collaboration with leadership
• →Oversee timely processing of applications from recruitment through acceptance
• →Ensure ERSEA compliance and support with ERSEA audits
• →Monitor program-wide attendance and work with center leadership to ensure strong student attendance
• →Provide Spanish language translation and interpretation for documents, families, and training sessions
• →Maintain accurate child files and applications according to program guidelines
• →Coordinate services for children with disabilities and their families with community agencies
• →Participate in community planning and advocacy to improve service delivery
