We are seeking a Bilingual ERSEA Coordinator to oversee and monitor Head Start ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment & Attendance) systems. This role ensures full compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and DREAM policies while delivering high-quality family services. The coordinator will work collaboratively with Family Engagement/Health Leadership and Family Advocates to maintain program enrollment and support families throughout the recruitment and enrollment process.
DREAM is a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development and education, primarily serving children and families in East Harlem and the Bronx. Founded in 1991 as Harlem RBI, it has grown into a comprehensive educational and community organization focused on helping young people recognize their potential and achieve their dreams. DREAM operates a network of free, extended-day, and extended-year charter schools, including the DREAM Charter High School in the South Bronx. The organization emphasizes a whole-child model, addressing both academic and social needs from early childhood through early adulthood. Its programs include rigorous academics, college access support, and community-based initiatives that engage youth in sports, arts, and leadership development. DREAM is committed to serving low-income families, with a significant portion of its scholars coming from underserved backgrounds.
