About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Growth & Brand Strategy Lead to own how our technology-led solutions are positioned, discovered, and adopted in the market. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys building brands, generating demand, and turning market insight into revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and execute a marketing roadmap aligned with business growth and revenue targets
- →Craft clear positioning, narratives, and value propositions for different customer segments
- →Own the social media presence end-to-end including strategy, calendar, execution, and performance
- →Lead content initiatives across blogs, thought leadership, PR articles, and campaigns
- →Drive SEO initiatives and organic growth in collaboration with specialist partners
- →Ensure consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all touchpoints
- →Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, PR, and events
- →Track campaign performance, engagement, and lead quality using data and insights
- →Drive participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry forums
- →Enable sales teams with pitch decks, case studies, brochures, and sales narratives
Requirements
- ✓MBA in Marketing or equivalent practical experience
- ✓7-15 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven marketing roles
- ✓Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- ✓Strong experience working closely with sales and leadership teams
- ✓Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Comfortable working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- ✓Proficient with presentation tools and marketing analytics
- ✓Exposure to industrial tech, automation, robotics, logistics, or deep-tech domains (nice to have)
- ✓Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slintel, or market intelligence tools (nice to have)
- ✓Hands-on familiarity with Canva, Adobe, Gamma, or similar creative tools (nice to have)
- ✓Background in startup or high-growth environments (nice to have)
