About the Role
The CRM Data Analyst is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Wellfit’s CRM ecosystem. This role ensures customer data is clean, reliable, and actionable while designing automated customer journeys that support marketing, sales, and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform high-volume data entry with exceptional accuracy
- →Maintain customer, account, and transaction records within the CRM
- →Conduct regular audits to identify duplicates, incomplete records, and inconsistencies
- →Develop and enforce data standards, validation rules, and quality controls
- →Write and maintain SQL queries for segmentation, reporting, and validation
- →Build reusable query libraries for recurring business needs
- →Design and maintain automated customer journeys and lifecycle workflows
- →Identify and merge duplicate records using SQL and CRM-native tools
- →Create dashboards and reports on data quality, journey performance, and engagement metrics
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Marketing, or related field
- ✓1–2 years of experience in CRM data management, marketing operations, or similar role
- ✓Proficiency in SQL (data extraction and manipulation)
- ✓Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, Power Query)
- ✓Experience building email automation workflows and lifecycle campaigns
- ✓Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- ✓Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- ✓Excellent organizational and communication skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
