About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and talented Motion Designer to join the Creative Production team at Welltech. This role involves creating high-quality video content that reflects business priorities and aligns with brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create visually compelling motion content across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok with a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and design.
- →Design engaging transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences while maintaining brand consistency and style guide adherence.
- →Seek and provide constructive feedback; mentor and support fellow motion designers to raise team quality.
- →Stay ahead of motion design trends, conduct visual research, and draw inspiration from the creative and tech landscape.
- →Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
- →Follow up on creative performance; bring a data-informed mindset to design decisions and improvements.
Requirements
- ✓Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion fluency and excellent static design fundamentals including composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- ✓Experience working with Figma.
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- ✓Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- ✓Self-driven and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
