About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at Welltech, a global leader in Health & Fitness with over 200 million installs. This role will empower our analytics team at one of our flagship projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation
- →Work with business requirements, structure them into analytical reports
- →Provide analytical support to Senior stakeholders on dedicated and cross-project initiatives
- →Create dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor data integrity
- →Review marketing results to improve performance metrics like revenue increase, ROI, and PAM trends
- →Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on business results
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years in Marketing/Data analyst role
- ✓Strong knowledge of SQL
- ✓Experience working with Performance Marketing stakeholders in user acquisition
- ✓Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
- ✓Understanding of marketing metrics, cohort analysis, user segmentation, and research deepdives
- ✓Experience analysing major networks data - Meta, Google, TikTok, Applovin
- ✓Understanding of UA web funnel
- ✓Experience with LTV calculations, ideally in subscription monetization model
- ✓Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- ✓Ability to work on several projects at a time, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
- ✓Able to communicate effectively in English
