About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior PPC Specialist to join our team at Welltech. You will build and manage highly impactful Google Ads acquisition campaigns and have an enthusiasm for testing growth opportunities to drive conversions, revenue, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage multi-million $ SEM budgets optimizing towards long term scale and profitability
- →Manage and optimize best-in-class Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across various placements
- →Analyze campaign performance data and onsite and funnel metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- →Set the strategy and roadmap for scaling paid acquisition campaigns efficiently
- →Plan and implement experiments including A/B & MVT tests of campaign variables
- →Recommend creative and landing page strategies and consult on creative and landing page optimizations
- →Track KPIs to assess performance and efficient execution of KPI
- →Conduct regular competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth points
- →Collaborate with colleagues from other teams to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI
- →Maintain partnerships with paid search ad vendors and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization
- ✓Experience managing budgets of at least five digits per month
- ✓Autonomy and a strong ability to proactively generate impactful solutions
- ✓Strong focus on performance and delivering results
- ✓Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
- ✓Excellent communication skills
- ✓Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- ✓Experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools
- ✓Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
- ✓Experience with other media buying solutions would be highly beneficial
- ✓A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation
- ✓Track record of successful change and project management
- ✓Strong attention to detail and experience in leveraging data and analytics
