About the Role
We are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at Welocalize. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
- →Collaborate with development teams to create and implement cloud solutions
- →Support and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to automate software integration, testing, and deployment
- →Ensure system reliability and performance for cloud infrastructure
- →Develop and enforce security strategies for cloud environments
- →Integrate DevOps practices to improve software delivery processes
- →Evaluate tools and technologies to enhance automation and observability
- →Promote best practices for version control and infrastructure as code
- →Monitor system metrics and logs to proactively identify and resolve issues
- →Manage deployment and rollback strategies
Requirements
- ✓Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- ✓Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure roles
- ✓Extensive knowledge of CI/CD tools like Github Actions, Jenkins, or TeamCity
- ✓Experience with Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
- ✓Experience with configuration management and version control systems like Git
- ✓Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- ✓Strong understanding of containerization technologies
- ✓In-depth understanding of application architecture, including microservices and serverless architectures
- ✓Extensive experience with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- ✓Proficiency in observability practices, including logging, tracing, and performance monitoring
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- ✓Experience collaborating with Software development and IT teams
