About the Role
Welocalize is seeking experienced patent translators to join our team for translating patents from Korean into English. This role requires expertise in patent fields including Electricity, Computer Science, Mechanics, and Medical Devices.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate patent-related content from Korean into English, ensuring original meaning is conveyed clearly and understandably
- →Follow translation instructions and CAT tool usage guidelines
- →Communicate effectively and respond promptly in English
Requirements
- ✓Minimum two years' experience translating and reviewing patent content
- ✓Native fluency in English
- ✓Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience
- ✓Ability to translate, copy edit, and perform MTPE
