About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Program Manager to own quality assurance, workforce planning, and training programs for AI training data delivery. This role will improve performance, compliance, and processes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor QA plans in partnership with the Quality team
- →Forecast capacity needs and schedule shifts and handoffs
- →Build and deliver training and certification for raters/annotators
- →Maintain dashboards for throughput, quality, productivity, and cost
- →Ensure policy adherence on data handling, privacy, and safety
- →Standardize SOPs and checklists to remove bottlenecks
- →Join client reviews and explain quality results
- →Coach Coordinators and Associate PMs on QA, workflows, and tools
- →Keep risk/issue logs and manage change requests
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, engineering, or related fields
- ✓2+ years in project/operations delivery with hands-on QA and workforce planning
- ✓Experience running trainings and coordinating multi-team delivery
- ✓Planning and organization across multiple projects
- ✓Clear communication with clients and internal partners
- ✓Solid use of spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI
- ✓Practical QA know-how and continuous-improvement mindset
- ✓Capacity planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- ✓Coaching for Coordinators and P1s; gives day-to-day guidance
- ✓Confident escalation and negotiation to resolve risks, issues, and scope questions
- ✓Comfortable working with global, distributed teams
