About the Role
Welo Data is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our team, leveraging our 25 years of experience in partnering with innovative companies. This role focuses on proactively sourcing both active and passive candidates to build sustainable talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and source candidates through relevant job boards, platforms, and social channels
- →Partner with the Talent team to execute sourcing strategies supporting current and ongoing hiring needs
- →Act as the first point of contact for active and passive candidates, engaging them through written communication
- →Promote Welo Data opportunities and culture to generate interest and build sustainable talent pipelines
- →Build and maintain talent pools for both immediate roles and recurring hiring needs
- →Track sourcing activity and outcomes using key metrics to continuously improve effectiveness
- →Support and promote the employee referral programme to generate additional candidate leads
Requirements
- ✓Demonstrate affinity with candidate sourcing and recruitment techniques
- ✓An avid interest in Talent and Recruitment
- ✓Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ✓A minimum of 6 months of experience in a recruitment or HR role involving CV sourcing
- ✓Experience with sourcing tools, ATS (Lever and Workday preferred), and job portals
- ✓A qualification in Human Resources Management or Talent/Recruitment would be beneficial

- ✓Excellent fluency in English, both verbal and written
- ✓Ability to build and maintain strong candidate and stakeholder relationships
- ✓Self-motivation with a positive attitude
- ✓Ability to handle work-related pressure well and adapt in a changing work environment
