About the Role
We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to lead Smart Factory initiatives and support IoT technology implementation in manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Smart Factory initiatives and support the implementation of IoT technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and digital capability
- →Contribute to IT modernization efforts and process-simplification projects to improve system performance and operational reliability
- →Partner with cross-functional IT teams to deliver robust infrastructure, storage, network, and server solutions aligned with manufacturing requirements
- →Provide Level 2 technical support for manufacturing systems and critical applications, ensuring timely issue resolution
- →Maintain IT compliance by adhering to regulatory standards, internal policies, and audit requirements
- →Oversee IT security operations, including patch management, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation
- →Strengthen IT Service-Level Agreements (SLAs), manage high-priority incidents, and continuously enhance end-user experience
- →Help manage IT budgeting and cost-optimization activities, including procurement of hardware, software, and technology services to support operational needs
