About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our R&D organization. This role involves collaborating with senior executives and management teams to manage spending and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate as a trusted finance business partner within the R&D organization
- →Manage all aspects of spending, including expense management, forecasts, variance analysis, monthly close, and management reporting
- →Drive key analysis on expense trends and metrics
- →Support R&D consolidation reporting process and quarterly executive package
- →Work closely with business partners in utilizing Clarity PPM
- →Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement
- →Support ad-hoc initiatives for the R&D organization
Requirements
