This is a growth-oriented creative role where ideas matter only if they perform- creating innovative mini-games that capture attention, accelerate user acquisition, and continually improve through testing and iteration. RESPONSIBILITIES - End-to-End Development: proactive team member, taking part in the full creative process, from ideation and game design to basic coding, asset integration, and final delivery of playable ads - AI Integration: Use Generative AI tools to accelerate basic code generation, assist in 2D/3D asset creation, support creative innovation, and build efficient development pipelines. - Interactive Production: Develop high-performing 2D and 3D playable ads, ensuring engaging gameplay loops that drive user action. - Asset Optimization: Optimize game assets, code, and animations to meet strict file size limits and performance requirements for various mobile ad networks. - Cross-Platform QA: Test, debug, and optimize interactive assets to ensure smooth cross-device compatibility and maximum engagement across iOS and Android platforms. ֿREQUIREMENTS Solid Knowledge of Unity: Practical experience focused on rapid prototyping rather than complex software engineering. - Code: Base-level coding abilities geared toward prototyping (e.g., standard/forced tweens). - Animations: Comfortable using native Unity animation tools. - Effects: Capable of implementing basic visual effects using Particle Systems. Speed & Agility: highly agile and comfortable rapidly changing or swapping out visuals for existing projects across both 2D and 3D environments.
